Keeping track of your transfers is easy with Zobo. Every transaction you make, from deposits to transfers, is securely recorded and available in real time within your app.
Here’s how to view, search, and manage your transactions from your dashboard.
Once you’re signed in to the Zobo app:
Tap on the "Transactions" tab in your navigation menu.
You’ll see a list of all your past and recent activity, clearly organized by date and time.
Each transaction shows:
Transaction type (e.g. transfer, deposit)
Status – Completed, Pending, Processing, Failed, Refunded, or Flagged
Amount sent and amount received in the recipient’s local currency
Recipient name & bank details (Bank name + account number)
Exchange rate used
Any fees applied (Zobo typically charges zero transaction fees)
Transaction ID
Funding source (the card or wallet used)
Timestamp – When the transaction was sent

Use the search bar at the top to search by:
Amount
Recipient’s name
Narrow your results by selecting from these filter categories:
Status
All
Pending
Completed
Processing
Failed
Refunded
Flagged
Transaction Type
All
Deposit
Transfer
Withdrawal
Date Range
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Last 90 Days
Custom Range
Once you've selected your filter preferences, tap “Apply Changes” to see filtered results.
Need a full summary for record-keeping or proof of payment? Zobo lets you request a downloadable account statement straight to your inbox.
Go to the Transaction page
Tap “Generate Statement”
Select a start and end date
Tap Confirm
A PDF copy of your statement will be automatically emailed to your registered address.
