Start by visiting zobo.money and tap the "Download App" button at the top right of the homepage.

2. Choose How You Want to Sign Up
We make signing in flexible so you can choose what works best for you:
Sign up with Google
Sign up with Apple
Or sign up using your Email by entering your email address and creating a secure password.
3. Create a Password
Choose a password that’s strong, secure, and easy for you to remember. Your security is our priority.
4. Tell Us Where You Live
Select your country of residence (e.g., United States) and enter your mobile phone number. This helps us tailor your experience and payment options.
5. Tell Us About Yourself
You’ll be asked to enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Once completed, you’ll receive a welcome message from us, you’re now part of the Zobo community!
6. Next Step: Verify Your Account
To keep your account secure and compliant, we’ll guide you through a quick verification process.
a. Personal Information - Confirm your full legal name and date of birth, just as it appears on your official ID.
b. Address Details - You’ll be asked to provide your address, including:
Country
Street Address
State
City
Postal Code
c. SSN Verification - As a US resident, you'll be required to enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) to complete identity verification. This helps us comply with U.S. financial regulations and keeps your account safe.
The process is nearly the same, with a few regional differences:
Select UK or your specific European country as your location
You’ll be onboarded into the GBP or EUR virtual wallet system to fund transfers easily
No SSN required, you’ll verify your ID and address through a simple document upload
Once you’re signed up, logging back in is a breeze. Just open the app and choose your preferred login method (Google, Apple, or email and password).
Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to:
Send money from your local currency to NGN, GHS, XOF, or XAF
Fund your transfers using your bank card (US) or wallet top-up (UK/EU)
Track transactions in real time
